Ashia Thompson, MBA is the President of Thomson Accountants Inc./ Baer Tax Group. Ashia has worked in the accounting field since 2009 and holds both a Master in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Molloy College on Long Island.
When not overseeing Baer Tax Group, Ashia enjoys spending time with family, traveling and participating in sports.
Jeanette Neven majored in college in banking and finance. Since graduating her career experience has been in the private accounting sector. Jeanette enjoys resolving complex accounting issues.
When not at BTG, you will likely find Jeanette on the tennis court or on a world travel adventure.
Amy Massey joined the Baer Tax Group as an accountant in 2016. Amy graduated from SUNY with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Economics and Management and achieved a GPA of 3.8, summa cum laude. Currently, Amy is currently pursuing Graduate level courses in taxation. Amy is also a NYS Licensed Notary Public.
Prior to joining the Baer Tax Group team, Amy worked in construction industry operations since 2004 and is currently an active co-owner of a local specialty construction company.
When not crunching numbers, Amy enjoys residential renovation projects, motorcycle riding, growing garlic on her small farm, spending time with her family and raising 2 English Cream golden retrievers.
Barbara Massey joined the Baer Tax Group in June 2021. Barbara is a career Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator and has held positions across a variety of business environments in the corporate and not-for profit sectors. Barbara attended Marist College and Los Angeles Valley College majoring in mass-Communications.
Currently calling Hudson home, when she is not in the office, she enjoys many creative outlets-textile design, photography, writing- and spending time with family.
